If, in fact, the inmate is telling the truth about this Milwaukee County deputy sexually assualting this person, then it should be a crime and no crime should be awarded.  According to the story, Terrell, has not been working since 2004, but he has been on their payroll since then. This is the second trial where an inmate has accused him of sexually assaulting her while he was working for the sheriff’s department. Apparently, a jury had acquited him in 2000 as well.

The courts say that they didn’t have a choice but to pay him because “the law requires the county to keep him on payroll.” Check this out…and I quote, “During the three years the case has lingered in the courts, Terrell has collected more than $50,000 a year in pay, which includes a uniform allowance and hazard duty pay, even though he hasn’t worked a day since 2004. Including benefits, Terrell has collected more than $290,000.” So if he is convicted of these crimes, he can be sentenced to more than 17 years behind bars.

He shouldn’t be paid anything until they find out what really happened and I am assuming that we, as the tax payers, are handing this money over to him without our knowledge.

Personally, I don’t think that any law enforcement individual who is accused of a crime, should continue to be paid by their boss while an investigation is being done! No questions asked!

Like I said, it was supose to be a porn debate, but the way it was told in themilwaukeescene.com, it wasn’t even considered a debate anymore towards the end. It was more like a joke in a way. In fact, both debaters admitted to becoming friends when they were on the tour bus together.

Personally, my only intention in going to something like this, would be to go see Ron Jeremy and wonder why the hell anyone would think he was attractive an any shape or form (a bad pun if you will). The man is just not all that.

I think my favorite about Mike Thomas’s review was when he described Ron Jeremy and Craig Gross as (and I quote) “Ron is the King of Porn. And he looks like a sort of hippie Super Mario while the Porn Pastor looked like he could actually be a porn star. Is something out of whack with this image?”

I am so glad that I wasn’t there, I would of probably asked something like “Ron Jeremy, is it true that everything looks bigger on television?” lmao!

I say it is about fricken time! We need to start doing that everywhere. It may not help all the time, but it might just make a bit of a difference with slapping lawsuits on them, than what is all ready being done about this issue… and this issue is everywhere all over the world.
An act of vengence if you will, on our part, but if it will get the job done and cut this in half, then I say GO FOR IT!

I have seen so much of that crap with the lack of respect and the pain that it has put many people through, that maybe the cities need to come together and form our own “posse” without getting violent back because that would just defeat the purpose of trying to stop it in the first place.

If we all started doing this, I would love to see the outcome!

I know this is past due, but let’s talk about the confused Lindsay Lohan. Yes that’s right, the young “girl” with all the problems.

First, she gets into trouble again with the law. More drug problems and not more than a couple days after walking out the door of rehab, only to be headed back in the same direction and claiming that what she had on her, was not hers. Honey, if it is in your possession, then it is yours and you are going to get charged for it. That is all there is to it. Then, they released the 911 call made that day just right before she had gotten arrested.

According to what I have read lately, Lindsay had a guy that was in her car and he bailed out of it when she stopped her vehicle (there might of been two guys in the car, but the names of those people were not released). Either that guy didn’t want to get into trouble, or he felt like a hostage to her crazy behavior and ran.

What ever the case may be, this girl needs some serious help, and apparently, that is what is going on right now. She hasn’t gone back to rehab again, but she is just getting “medical treatment”. This means that she is probably in a psychiatric treatment center. It just appears that she is following in her father’s foot steps.

You are only 21 years old Lindsay! You shouldn’t be having these problems.

It sure didn’t take long, but the new iPhone, according to a security firm (Maryland-based firm Independent Security Evaluators), said that it can easily can be taken control of by hackers, leaving your personal information not so personal for them to see.
According to an news article that I was reading earlier this morning, if there is a Web site that has been designed by a hacker, that hacker can take over your iPhone.
For example, a hacker can send an email to that iPhone user to check out an interesting link just to lure them in. If you click on the link to that web site, the hacker who has control of that web site, can access anything on the your iPhone. This includes (but not limited to) emails, phone numbers, text messages, etc.
Now, I am not going to say how it is done completely, because why should I give anyone else any ideas to do it themselves? That just wouldn’t be right.
I say that hackers are just a waste of human space in my book!

Anyone that reads this, might be saying to themselves “Well duh! Was there any doubt on this?” Well, yes there has. I have read tons of stories where people thought that Nancy Benoit was the one that did this, or that someone else had mudered the entire family. I think these people made an assumption just to create more of a buzz on the internet instead of going with facts to be honest.

If you read the story that was in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, you will find that his son was heavily sedated before he was murdered (he had 4 times the normal dosage of the drug Xanax in his body which is a tranquilizer) and that Chris Benoit had a high level of testosterone in his own body as well. They also found that Nancy had traces of hydrocodone (which is a pain medication) in her, but it wasn’t at a toxic level. She also had an alcohol level of 0.184 but they say that the decomposion could of helped in getting that figure.

There are other things that they mentioned, such as the ratio of testosterone that was in Chris’s body which was at 59:1 when most people have a 1:1 ratio! Holy shit that is alot!

Through out all that, alot of the wrestlers that known him, said that he was a quiet, soft-spoken individual, and he never really mentioned any troubles that might have been going on in the home. Benoit probably thought that talking to even his closest family and friends about anything was something that you just didn’t do, but I am only taking a guess here.

But like I said, everything seems to lead up to him being the one that murdered his loved ones. Especially to have the audacity to kill an innocent child which really pisses me off. No one should lay a hand on a child in a harmful way EVER!

Why he did it, is another story in itself because we will probably never know…..

Check this out. Scott Baio (Happy Days) and Bret Michaels (from the band Poison) are trying to get in on the action of finding love by making a fricken reality tv show, or either they are really desperate to get noticed on television again.

I don’t mind this, but don’t you think that the more reality tv goes on, the more worn out it is going to be in the end? I supose me loving the music of the 80’s, I would watch…and have watched The Bret Michaels “Rock Of Love” episodes…only because to this day, he still has it going on. lol!
I swear that VH1 should get together with the reality channel…if they haven’t all ready!!!
